Technical skills, material know-how, extraordinary production systems and managerial experience are at the client’s service at all project development stages in high-end residential, hospitality, corporate, luxury retail and yachting sectors.
Project analysis and specifications study
Palazzo Morelli’s Atelier Contract division’s specialists begin each project with a detailed analysis of the clients’ expectations and discuss the features of the assignment with their architects, interior designer and purchase manager. This analysis is fundamental as it enables project guidelines to be established and shared from start to finish. It also includes a study of the specifications, the calculation of the budget for FF&E finishes and Fit-Out furnishings and the preparation of a works programme with the relevant time schedules.
Preparation of samples, working details and installation procedures
Once the preliminary drawings have been approved, samples are prepared. At this stage, there is still time to assess alternative materials and identify all the details that will be included in the project working drawings according to the agreed budget and time schedules. At this stage, Atelier Contract division’s technicians and project managers conduct the necessary on-site inspections to record the measurements for production and to identify the installation procedures according to the specific requirements of the context and country in which the project is carried out. The process always focuses on the client thanks to a constant dialogue to liaise between not only the architects, interior designer and purchase manager, but also with all the businesses and workers involved in the project.
Production, purchases and delivery plan
Once the production data has been approved, the project moves on to the true working phase, when the project manager and project technical supervisor draw up the detailed work plan. This detailed plan, which includes the product technical data sheets for each design package, enables the production of all the FF&E components to begin and the Fit-Out components specified in the project to be purchased according to a strict time schedule.
Quality control
All production lines and goods purchased undergo strict quality control. The procedure is applied to the raw materials and to the end products, according to specific protocols for each type of material and in compliance with the destination countries’ legislation. Floorings and coverings are checked according to dry laying and nesting installation methods.
Custom-made furnishings are laboratory tested and packaged with the appropriate assembly instruction sheets. All accessories, additional components and free-standing furnishings in the contract are checked for conformity, which includes the packaging, to ensure the products remain undamaged during transport.

Timeliness, flexibility and the ability to react to changes. Logistics and installation coordination is key to the success of international contract projects, whatever the industry. Palazzo Morelli’s Atelier Contract division employs qualified personnel, who design packaging for various types of product.
