Our Clients desired to have a cosy, bright environment where the details of the furniture transmitted elegance. The process started with internal design and the choice of the material. Our team developed colour combinations by presenting alternatives to the customers to build their tonality and style.
This project, headed personally by Alessandro Ortenzi, Founder of Palazzo Morelli features modern and contemporary elements for a perfectly balanced wonder with touches of Middle East glam.
Externally, the property presents a large and elegant rear patio with a swimming pool, an outdoor design and a build set up with a planting scheme garden surrounding the property including olive trees imported from Italy.
Palazzo Morelli´s team played the role of sole contractor for the interior finishing keeping together the flow of the design and the execution of works which included bespoke made in Italy marble surfaces and joinery works, loose furniture and accessories from top Italian brands and productions locally sourced.
Inside, you are welcomed into a double-height entrance hall, with a wide corridor, which allows natural light to flood through the large floor-to-ceiling window of the main entrance.
The open staircase with floating light wood steps and 24mm tempered glass railings creates a warm and airy feel.
On the supporting wall of the staircase, we have applied glass decoration elements from Murano, Venice. On the ceiling above the staircase, we have installed a chandelier from Lodes.
All property floors are in Calacatta Lincoln book-match, as well as the bathroom areas that present claddings in Grey Amani tiles and bathroom accessories.
The living room area presents an elegant custom-designed feature wall installed by us showing a grey stone with sandblasted marble decoration floral pattern.
In the same area, we have designed, manufactured and installed all bespoke joinery works. In the dining room, we have manufactured and installed the bespoke kitchen and display units. All the doors of the property are made in Italy by Palazzo Morelli´s Atelier Contract division.
The result is a beautiful environment that perfectly reflects the lifestyle of the Clients and another successful project by the amazing Palazzo Morelli team based in Dubai.
